“Love it but wish it had Playstation network on it like advertised . Got it for my son for Christmas. He can't play it with his case on and hates that.”

“I am exchanging it for the iphone PlayStation one. Unfortunately i have to switch from a Motorola phone to an iPhone just to use the PlayStation remote play app.”

“Very good controller, feels very premium when compared to the Razer Kishi V1. Love the pass-through charging and audio jack. The app is great, although it would be nice if GeForce Now games were added. I was told by a Backbone rep on Reddit that this is being considered for the future, so hopefully that comes at some point soon.”

“I'm impressed with the controller, its offering of supported games, and how easy it was to set up. My only complaint is that the model I got (Android) does not have support for PS Remote Play. I hope that this gets updated soon.”

“As a gamer this is a product that I've wanted to try for a long time but they didn't have the android edition. Typically I use my PS4 controller to play games on my phone. C.O.D. Need For Speed and others. And while it worked I was always struggling to find a way to mount my phone to view and play comfortably. With the BACKBONE for android I'm covered. The controls are responsive and ergonomically sound. It feels good in my hands, and doesn't need to be charged. Love it! If there was anything I could or would change would be a more pronounced bumper buttons. L1 L2 R1 R2 could be a little more firm. But so far I'm in love and hope it's not just last. Looking forward to the next evolution of the BACKBONE platform. Thanks.”

“Horrific customer service & response time. I ordered 11/22 and didn’t get until 12/24. I received an email that my order was delivered and completed and all I received was a little 3” box with an adapter in it, not the actual controller. I ordered the iPhone version backbone on Amazon and received in a matter of days with no issues. However, could only find the Android version directly from Backbone & it was just an awful experience all around.”

“Work fine, but remote play with ps4 doesn’t work. Plus it says you can play your games on it, but that’s not the case. Good for on-the-go, just log in to your screen name on the games that have made a new game or screen name. Overall nice concept.”
