“Works pretty good sometimes but haven’t had any luck playing Xbox gamepass on it and it’s really hit or miss on Steam link. Most of the time I can’t get it to connect.”

“I wish it was a little more clear that the app requires a relatively enormous yearly subscription to use. And if I don’t want to use the app, why can’t I reassign the Backbone button to function like a DS4 home button for use in PlayStation Remote Play? It’s pretty irritating that there is no PS button function on this controller, but there is a useless backbone button to take me to a glorified app folder to launch games from that costs almost as much as a new AAA game to use. Controller gets points for nice clicky buttons but wow the rest of the experience is not good.”

“Honestly I would see ads about the backbone everywhere and it caught my eye one day and I pulled the trigger on it. Since I got it I literally been using it all day everyday and it’s been a blast. It’s like having a portable Xbox with me and I don’t regret it”

“This product (the backbone) is amazing. I had a problem with phantom clicking after a couple months. But the customer service team helped me get a replacement and I’m back to gaming my favorite way now. Weather it’s controller compatible phone games, or (my personal favorite) streaming my steam library to my phone from literally anywhere.”

“I dont know. I tried some game on PS4 and nothing is working. I tried some on apple apps games and some do work but don’t want to play those games and I want to play my game that I want to play on this. Anyway it’s okay. Not big favorite anyway.”
