“I haven’t had any direct contact with Backbone Labs regarding my order or customer support, but that’s actually a great thing in my opinion. I placed my order, received it on time with tracking updates, and the product works great, as well as the Backbone app. Not having to contact them about my delivery or problems with the product/app is a 5 star experience in my book.”

“I got it it was so good till a while it will not connect to my phone anymore. i’ll explain it: the button to screenshot/record it will not work anymore of the app. like i said it’s good till one button ruins everything and your $100 of a controller a waste.”

“Fantastic product! Feels great in my hands. Keeps the phone snug and secure. Love the headphone Jack and charging port on the bottom! Only downside is it’s hard to get certain games to load to use the controller.”

“The item looks good but, when yiubare using playing with it the iphone 7 plus battery side is getting hit very hot, its not a good sign. So, i stop using them😢 The controls and materials made seems good, the only drawback is the battery from your iPhone is getting hotter the linger you play/use it.”

“Not only does this controller feel great! It just works! Its made from solid materials and the button placement and feel have gamers in mind! I’ve tried other products on the market and nothing feels as balanced and as solid as Backbone! Even with my iPhone 12 max the backbone just feels right. I use it not only to play AppStore games but I’ve also connected it GeForce now and it’s like having a real system on the go! Honestly get this thing! It’s awesome,”

“The shopping experience was seamless and the greatest win was that the company shipped to an APO address, which was truly appreciated. Initially, CoD:M was giving me issues, and while they weren’t able to resolve it (it required an update from Activision), the support in the discord channel was helpful overall.”
