“Love the controller the app is way over priced and I won’t be using it”

“buttons and triggers wise are ok, still getting used to the tactile feel of it. design could have been more compact like their competitor product. the way it snaps to the phone can be improved especially when you're trying to remove it from the phone. the sign up and setting up for the included is a big hassle. also there were problems with the promised bundled third party subscriptions. if it's quality and lifespan can wage better than it's competitor product that i've tried then it's good.”

“Muy buena calidad, llena las espectativas y muchos mas cuando se trata de jugar en el movil. De mi parte lo unico que quisera es el joystick derecho, el movimiento es muy tosco, se hace dificil ser preciso en especial en juegos de disparar armas que requieren prescicion. Quizas agregarle un bumper para hacerlo mas largo podría mejorar la prescicion al disparar. Pero en general supera mis espectativas, ademas que trae un app para hacer todo mas facil”

“The controller was great the first two days I used it. After that it broke, probably something shorted out because it started to get hot on the right side - will see how customer support resolves the issue. Also what I think is important to point out is that the lightning input on the controller does not pass through sound to lightning headphones.”

“honestly, is a great product, i love it a lot! but i think it'll be better if you only have to pay for the cloud games & not for the app, thats why y give you guys 4 stars... & the other thing is that i cant use apple arcade, stadia, etc. I can only use Xbox Cloud idk why”

“First I would like to say that the product is awesome!!! It allows you to use your phone as a console. Very convenient when on the go all the time. It allows me to use what pockets of time I have to relax as if I would if I was home.Customer service I would rate five out of five. The only gripe I would have if any is that it takes 24 to 48 ht for them to respond with email. Far as them standing behind their product and supporting the needs of us the customer they are spot on.”

“I really like it but when I got it the left bumper was missing :( it works well for playing Xbox games and I was really surprised to be able to play the new halo infinite. I hope Elden ring becomes available soon.”

“The concept is amazing but the amount of games that are compatible are extremely low. Playing with shareplay for PlayStation is cool but the joysticks are so small and input is on the joysticks feels janky. It’s not smooth. I understand it’s tough to fit everything into one controller like this but being so used to PlayStation controllers with smooth joysticks, the backbone feels sloppy. Still can’t wait to see how this turns out in a few years.”

“So I’ve had my backbone for around a week. This thing is awesome. I’ve never owned an Xbox so I’ve been enjoying the cloud streaming mostly Halo. Triggers work great I don’t have the issue with the sticks like some people stated. Highly recommend”

“Every video u watch of people receiving this product opens a box as a package even reviews. Mine came in a crappy bubble wrap envelope. No protection for an item of this stature. Halfway want to send back to as its not as advertised n was probably stepped on and thrown around being the package was pretty beat up. U advertise a certain way n its not at all what u get.”

“Got it as a birthday gift for my fiancé. He's over the moon for it. He mention how great the charger positioning is where it's not in the way of holding the control while playing. I have no idea what he's talking about but he's crazy about it. He says it works great, it doesn't connect to certain games, but overall a must have.”
