“Friend just bought it, menu button broke, keeps disconnecting, and app is trash. Please cater to the android experience better. I don't recommend, just buy an Xbox controller from Microsoft and use it as Bluetooth, it is also cheaper.”

“Unprofessional customer service! I want my refund !! The product itself appeared to be in perfect order. However, I have bought the backbone for my ex partner but because we broke up I wanted to return it. I had posted my return on 18th of November 2022 and I have still yet to receive my refund I have the receipt here as I paid for signed delivery . Still nothing, I’ve emailed customer service several times and I’ve had zero response!!!!!!”

“It's useless to Playstation owners. I only got it only to use for remote play for my ps5 but doesn't for for android. It only works for iPhone because every Playstation owners has an iPhone. 🤷🏽‍♂️ android version only works for Xbox and pc because all android users only own xbox and pc. Not..makes no sense smh.”

“I payed $100 for this item, I’ve sent multiple emails to this company about this situation, and stil can’t get ahold of anyone about it . My item has been marked as delivered, and I have yet to receive it. It’s pathetic you can’t just call someone anymore. You have to send emails, and they don’t ever even look at their emails obviously, cause I’ve reached out to them multiple times.. waste of $100 I’ll never see again.. take caution when shopping here.”

“I placed my order and received no follow up information on the status of the Oder until it shipped one month later. Prior to this time, I attempted to contact your company by phone and email, and was unable to do so. I finally disputed my credit card charge and you sent the product regardless. Obviously they couldn’t get a hold of your company either. Very poor customer service experience. I would not order from your company again, I would go to a regular retailer who I know that I could contact and get a response as to the status of my order.”

“Horrific customer service & response time. I ordered 11/22 and didn’t get until 12/24. I received an email that my order was delivered and completed and all I received was a little 3” box with an adapter in it, not the actual controller. I ordered the iPhone version backbone on Amazon and received in a matter of days with no issues. However, could only find the Android version directly from Backbone & it was just an awful experience all around.”
