“The only reason why I'm giving it a 2 star is because with the ios backbone you can play anything down to genshin impact, all types of games. The android version you are limited to so many things and the restriction on it is sad please in the future update or something, I only bought it because my friend which is an ios user said it was amazing. Please update for andriod users to be the same as ios”

“Won’t use this website again. Said it would ship and guaranteed to be here before Christmas, then December 20th they said they weren’t shipping til January. Once it finally shipped it came quick, but if you need it by a certain time order like 2 months in advance to guarantee”

“The largest negative, and something that I weight as important, is company support. Good luck trying to get a hold of this company. They list their SLA's for responding but in my three instances of trying to contact them, they didn't hit it. Two of the instances they just ignored me. I worry long term support will not be available from this company.”

“The feel was ok. For me it's to wide and the thumb sticks don't feel right and are to small. Sending it back. My xbox controller hooks up to my phone and I can use that instead for better game play and the backbone is over priced, a game controller brand at game stop is $ 40.00 bucks..60 dollars cheaper than backbone.”

“Not being able to use the Backbone without a case is a hazard and the phone cost more than the backbone so sadly I am returning it, unless there is a way you can creat a small adapter or extender to it. I would definitely buy it again later.”

“I’m not to excited about it, when I tried it out on my iPhone it was giving me a hard time with the setup it kept saying error message. Even when I bought one for my son he said the same thing. So I wasn’t too happy with it so I’ll be returning it or just not bothering with them.”
