“Derek helped me with my problem as well as helped me come up with a better solution. He helped me with exactly what part i needed and made it so easy to order. “Shipping was fantastic, this was the pump that was in our waterfall before we bought the house and so we bought it so the waterfall would run as smooth as it did before. So far it works great and was easy to install. The web site was easy to pick what I needed and order. Love the product so far will do updates if needed. Would buy from them again.”

“My ponds have developed a sludge or algae problem late this season that came about suddenly (I suspect our crazy weather had something to do with it). Having ordered from Play It Koi before (an out of state business from me), and at my wit's end for lack of a solution, I contacted them through email and telephone. They worked with me spitballing and trouble-shooting solutions and giving recommendations, without ever being stingy with their time and knowledge. I am still dealing with this problem, but conditions are vastly improved after going with their recommendations. Customer service seems to be a lost art, but not with these guys.”
