“Hello! I owe Derek a great big thank you! I can grow a mean tomato, but have zero experience with pond plants. After placing my order I called Derek in a panic about the plants I chose-which float, which need floating planters etc. Derek was super patient and helped me figure out what I need to keep my new pond plants alive. “I ordered 10, and received 12 of various sizes. The paper toweling was still wet and all had their trapdoors shut. I just put them in my bathtub pond. Can’t wait to see them do their thing.”

“Received my UV bulb yesterday; however, it is not working …no blue indicator light. I reinstalled it two more times thinking I didn’t insert bulb properly but it still won’t come on. Dont know if the transformer has gone out. The blue indicator light was working with the old bulb I took out. Guess I’ll try again today. Disappointed because that bulb wasn’t cheap.”

“I ordered two beautiful butterfly koi from PlayitKoi. To be honest I wasn't sure I would recieve the exact fish I ordered, but I did. They arrived a day earlier than I expected, healthy, happy and ready to join the herd. The instructions to introduce them to their new environment were clear, concise and successful. If it wasn't so late in the season for me, I might have been tempted to order more. As it is, I'll have to wait until next year.”

“We purchased the 30 Mil UltraKoi Pond Liner and the Pond Underlayment. Both arrived quickly and on time. The liner was easy to work with, knowing from the online video that it could be folded without worry. We called to get some questions answered and spoke to a gentleman who was so knowledgeable and friendly....gave me all the time I needed. Just need to cap it off, and add some fish. We are so happy with the end result. We highly recommend Play It Koi, thank you!”
