“Very quick order turn around. Well packaged plants, arrived healthy. I appreciate the variety of plants available. Only disappointing issue was the size of plants was smaller than a local garden center selection and averaged around $2 more in expense per plant. I had expected larger plants for the price, but can't say that was actually indicated in the descriptions.”

“We had to replace some lights on our fountain. The shipment came fast and well packed. Our fountain now looks beautiful at night with the PondMax Fountain & Waterfall 3-Light Kit. Whenever we need replacement lights, we'll buy from here again. Thanks for everything!”

“Being new to the lotus all I had to refer to were online images. Upon opening I thought "are there two rhizomes in here?" I thought they looked small for the large variety. As I got into the package I realized that even though they seemed small and I purchased 2, there were a total of 4 rhizomes in my package. I am very pleased! I love when businesses prevent complaints by going over and above what they are responsible for. I would not have complained about the size. Maybe it is because of how late it is in the season, or because I am a first time customer. Either way, thank you. I am so very pleased!”

“Our plants arrived quickly and look green and thriving. They are still quarantined before entering their habit, but I love them and I'm very excited. The fairy moss is a dark vibrant green. The duckweed was a healthy light green and very plentiful. The frogbit was big! I'm sure my Koi will be excited for all the new floating plants! Update: none of the plants made it through the quarantine and water acclimation processes. So no plants for my koi )=”
