“I appreciate the selection on the website - it's great to be able to find plants that aren't normally available locally or are sold out locally. I appreciated that the plants came with name tags so I would know which was which. As a suggestion - could you please put planting and care instructions on the Plant ID tags as well? I read so many plant descriptions and care advice that I forget what I'm supposed to do with the ones I bought and a convenient reminder at planting time would really help!”

“Wish you offered more stars! Customer service was epic! When in trouble, call Ben!!!! Ben went beyond any usual duty of helping us w/out even knowing who we were. He made extra trips to a secret place to obtain the correct parts for our custom pond pump. He walked my husband thru the steps of attempting to do his self-repair of pump.”

“Always a fast a secure delivery. I was looking for a medicated koi food for bacterial infections, hard to find since they stopped making Medi-koi. It arrived and I fed my koi as directed for 12 days. I have not seen an improvement since hoping it will change.”
