“I continue to be asked to do a review! Which I find a little bit annoying! The product I order is working well so far. I’ve only had it a few days, so we’ll see! It did come quickly. I hate that I had to pay for shipping!”

“i have been running the pump for a week now and when i back flush it, there is a lot of green coming out the pond is getting clearer ,but it is going to take a little longer. i did not like the instruction booklet because the letters were very small even with glasses on.”

“I am trying my best to buy more direct and local and to leave Amazon out. This why I chose to go ahead and pay for s&h and less waste as I could buy nearly most appropriate amount of materials too. I think those that care more and can pay more, will spend more responsibley in materials in our lives. Thanks.”

Thank you Leddy - for your shipment, Ironically, we actually chose to have the Seaside food direct shipped from SeaSide Aquatics so it'd get to you the fastest and to minimize handling/shipping disruption that we all seem to be facing during these crazy covid days. Perhaps that choice to go direct should be re-evaluated in the future. That said, either way, we are super appreciative for your feedback and will be sure to use it to get better & grow stronger. “My saved credit card was canceled due to a fraud charge so I got notification from Playitkoi, I put the new credit card in and hit order. I thus received a duplicate annual subscription order. While I will use it, I wasn't expecting a duplicate at this time. When you change your credit card on a subscription, don't select order.”

“Well, you have done great. I am the problem. First I ordered the 600 pump for my small fountain in my backyeard. Too big now I ordered the 70 GPH and it's too small. Have to go one more lower down.”
