“Whenever I have problems with my pond, Play it Koi staff (Derek) is there to answer my questions. They are my saviors! I’ve ordered filters to skimmers to plants. All the plants have arrived healthy and in excellent condition. If you’re reading this, trust me when I say this is a gem of a company and one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with! “The lotus tuber was broken into three pieces when it arrived. One piece is clearly viable. It might help to tpe them to the inside of box for shipping”

“It will be a little while before I will know if I’ve made a good purchase. The Magnificent 15 Lotus was a nice sized Lotus tuber. The other two were definitely on the small side for sure. I will have to see what grows. I potted them up right away. Do you have any kind of guarantee for them to grow??? I should have made photos before I planted.”
