“Having the particular pump in stock was amazing. Then, it was the least expensive not by much, but still, they are trying to give you a break. I ordered this particular pump that has a high head way with a large volume of water for my water feature. After ordering the items they had the 7-8 day ground shipping noted. It arrived in 4 days with free shipping. I have no hesitations for being a repeat customer for most all my needs. Thank you, Play it Koi!”

“Excellent customer service as always. I have never had an issue via email or phone calls. They always took the time to explain issues in depth no matter how difficult it may to explain via email or over the phone...even though my time zone is 3 hours ahead they always get back to me in a timely manner”
