Good service over several purchases. Love they have PondMax products and parts, but wish they had parts for older model filters too.

two of three plants arrived looking great and seem to be adapting to our pond. the third (monkey flower) are large but arrived a bit raggedy (a lot of dead sections) and looking less well in the pond. it could well pick up in the next week or so. i'll keep you posted.

I am a little shocked at how small the plants were. I guess for the price I expected bigger. However all arrived alive and well.

Easy to order, shipped quickly, but some of the plants were a little "shaken up" during transport.

Very quick order turn around. Well packaged plants, arrived healthy. I appreciate the variety of plants available. Only disappointing issue was the size of plants was smaller than a local garden center selection and averaged around $2 more in expense per plant. I had expected larger plants for the price, but can't say that was actually indicated in the descriptions.

Very quick shipping - important if your fish are in need of help. Prices have gone up a bit, but still very good.

SHIPPING COSTS are eyewatering, lotus separate for some reason. The lotus (one order) arrived late, but seems to be fine. In the pond now along with Water Clover...nice sized wad Hornwort...nice sized wad Other ornamental pond plant? ... nice size on this too Thank you...I am curious...seems like I recieved plants from different locations? Lotus hung up in Washington DC and I thought you were in Washington State? Other plants from Eugene?

Very happy with the plants I received today! Not so happy that the soil I ordered to plant them in is still back East somewhere! Had I known it was coming all the way from Baltimore and wouldn't be delivered with the plants, I would have shopped for those supplies elsewhere (more locally). Also, I thought I had accumulated fin points last year, but couldn't figure how to use them when placing this order. Not sure they are all that helpful.

The lotus tuber was broken into three pieces when it arrived. One piece is clearly viable. It might help to tpe them to the inside of box for shipping

It will be a little while before I will know if I’ve made a good purchase. The Magnificent 15 Lotus was a nice sized Lotus tuber. The other two were definitely on the small side for sure. I will have to see what grows. I potted them up right away. Do you have any kind of guarantee for them to grow??? I should have made photos before I planted.

All in order, but remind purchasers they need a special mounting flange to attach the device in place on savio leaf skimmer

This was my first purchase of online plants for my pond. I was pleased by the condition of the plants and they arrived in a very timely manner. However potting them was another story! I had only used floating plants such as water hyacinths last year so no potting was necessary. Apparently I didn't add enough gravel to the top of the pot b/c when I placed it in the pond a bunch of soil started to flow out of the pot and into my immaculately clean pond. Needless to say I was not happy, but it was probably my own fault. I think it would be helpful for 1st time "potters" like mysef to have a bit more clear instructions and amounts posted on the bag of soil. Luckily most of the debris settled down to the bottom after a few days and the pond has cleared up a bit. That would have been good information to have. I also have no idea why there is a drawstring on the potting "bag"????It's not mentioned anywhere that I can find........
