“They were very timely with there delivery. I received my American frogbit today. I put them in the pond. Buy live plants is a gamble. Some of the roots from the plants had come detached in shipping. There in the pond. I will wait. I real hope they survive. A koi pond in the desert is not easy. Lol”

The detaching of roots is common on these guys due to the switch between climates, but they should rebound nicely. “The company is wonderful, the delivery company is not. Right up til this morning they stated that the package had never left the first stage drop off. Play It Koi was quick to respond to me about my concerns. Thank you for truly caring. As for the lights, I have not had a chance to install them in my pond, but in did note that the Diameter is greater then expected. No worries as I just have to place them in a different place. Again thank you for caring professionalism.”
