Bottle wasn’t sealed? Leaked all over in the box, only half left in bottle. Very disappointing. However Kristen in customer service was fantastic and spoke with the manufacturer to get the product replaced quickly. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Play It Koi and I will shop with them again!

Prices are pretty good. Customer service is very responsive. A great advantage is that they don't charge sales tax for California residents. Only to small gripes: 1. Shipping could be faster. Usually takes at least a week. (I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon.). 2. Rewards program is nice, but I was not able to apply all of my accumulated points towards a single purchase
