“These are die-hard people of the online-shop. I went there to get my koi pond crystal clear in California. First it was the malfunctional air pump, which I got the the replacement of the diaphragm part. Then the air pump itself. In between I got the API chemical to clear the green algae filled water. Love this place. Strong recommended.”

“I was overall very impressed with the quality and condition of our plants when they arrived. They were well packaged with care. I've included photos of unpacking / day 1 condition. My only feedback is that I wish the lilies were a little more mature for the price. They are doing well enough, so I still feel it was worth it. I would definitely order plants from here again. Thanks!”

“Quick response on my shipment. My e-mail response was within a couple of hours. I will shop at Play It Koi for all my pond needs. I just received my order today and have not used it yet but my Crystal Clear Knock Out Plus seems to be working great. I will leave a feedback for the AquaMed Aqua Presi after treatment but I expect all will work fine.”

“This amphibious pump arrived quickly and was packaged well. I was disappointed that it had to be installed BELOW the level of the pond if it was to run out of the water. It is impossible for me to do that so I paid extra for a regular submersible pump. But this isn’t anyone’s fault. It works great as a submersible pump!”

“I bought sinking koi food, and with other brands I have bought elsewhere only about half floated, this food was high quality and pretty much all of it sank. It’s also clearly a superior food to what I had before. Fish also seem happy with it. This is my high quality go-to place for koi supplies. I bought Hikari Wheat Germ Diet 11 lb Sinking Medium Pellets.”

“I have a couple of ponds / tanks in Kona, Hawaii. I can't just go down the road and over the dale to Acme Pond Supply store. Play It Koi is there with USPS shipping equipment to me at a reasonable rate. I just bought an air pump repair kit and the two big shippers wanted more for shipping than I paid for the fit. Not USPS. Thanks for your expert advice, excellent selection of equipment and parts and unique flexibility in helping customers keep their projects alive and well.”
