In my previous Ovaprim order, my order arrived rather quick and I was satisfied. This second time around, however, it took a little longer (10 days). My main concern is temperature. I usually put my order into the refridgerator when it arrives to keep the temperature low; I learned from my first order that warmer temperatures degrade the effectiveness of Ovaprim. With my second order during the fall season, while it was in transit, I know that outside temperatures was still rather warm, and it took about 10 days before I received it. I have not used it yet, but I am hoping degradation has not occured too much. This second experience makes me think that I should make my future orders during the winter or that shipments should be expedited.

I have reached out for support. The light I bought comes with no instructions. I need to know how long to leave it on. And I need to know how to submerge it. It floats. Otherwise, it’s a very nice light and I look forward to knowing how to use it.

I think you should be aware that this plant almost never reached me - FedEx did NOT deliver to my front or back door but left it outside the fence. The wind took it so far away that it was a full day later and by accident that my husband found it!! Shipping was more than the plant - it was not a good experience

Good afternoon Danny, Thanks for your continued support of Play It Koi! I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed about how long it took for USPS to get your order to you. I know how time-sensitive things can be when you are trying to care for a sick koi. If you aren't aware, because it can be easy to overlook, at checkout there is a dropdown for the shipping options, so you can select a quicker shipping method at checkout. It looks like USPS Ground Advantage was the least expensive option and was the one that was defaulted to, but USPS Priority Mail was also an option for not much more money (less than $1). Alternately, if you are ever in desperate need for something, please feel free to reach out to us before placing the order and we will see if there are any other options that we can use to help get your order to you as quickly as possible. Hi Ben, not sure i got the correct food in my container. I ordered vairity blend and it looks like all one kind of food. I have ordered this in the pass and food pellets were of different shapes and sizes, don't know if the manufacture labeled it wrong. Thought you might want to check on this.Thanks Susan

When I talked to someone on the phone Friday he said order would be shipped that day, didn't go out until Tuesday. Paid extra for Priority mail, it came in 2 days, as it should have. Could have gotten it from another source quicker.

I ordered hyacinth. It took a week to 10 days to receive them. When they arrived they were completely dryers out. Of the dozen ordered I was only able to salvage 4.

Look, I'm happy the plants I ordered made it to me somewhat quickly, but as I have explained a few times now, the lotus I ordered came in the mail broken. I have tried to grow lotus this way in my pond, but have not had much luck. Would you please consider sending me a new one that is intact? Thanks for the consideration.

Took too long to receive my order. Lilys are terrible. No tubas. Threw them out. Disappointed with service and quality.

For now ill leave a somewhat neutral review. I placed an order for some pvc fittings and only received half of my order, i then left an email asking whats going on with the 2nd half. Still havent gotten a reply. I never received anything stating some of what i ordered was on back order.i received my package expecting it all to be there, i started my project and noticed i was missing half my order. Shipping was fast but no communication on anything.
