I would give 0 stars if it was possible If your expecting them to give a fair system when it comes to determining if the buyer or seller is right, buyer is always right, seller never is. And when your expecting them to be able to save your original phone number they can’t do that either, actually pretty pathetic. And the response time to any post is unbelievingly poor.

Same here. Made purchase and they sucked up money from my account. After that it was saying payment pending. E-mailom them and they told me its system problem just to cancel and they will refund me. No money back ever. They say to Wait it will refund back to my Card hahahahah what a joke debit Card refunds are done instantly there is no wait time. What a clowns. Do not purchase from here under any circumstances. You will get scammed. I’m gonna dispute my transaction this upcoming week with my bank.

DO NOT TRUST, the site itself is a scam. The site administrators suspended me upon account creation, when i contacted them, they wanted me to provide a government id, proof of address, and a picture of my credit card. Basically everything they would need for an identity theft scam. I went and did business with another site.

Never sell anything here . I was in need of money to buy a new laptop as I'm going college and my family isn't in a good financial condition so i came here hoping i can safely sell my account cos they assure 'our platform is safe' , still got scammed . Someone named 'ChaoticMOD' messaged saying that my account has been bought by a buyer and instructed me to send all the credentials to a specific Email ID. NOWHERE , NOT ANYWHERE it mentioned that this was a 'BUYER' messaging me , it said he was a 'MEMBER' from Playerauctions a MOD , so i followed him as this is my first time selling on this website . Today it turns out i have been scammed . I feel so depressed now , now i cant go to college because i cant buy a new laptop now all because of this so called 'Safe Platform' . I hope your website shuts down. Never recommending anyone to come here.

I would highly recommend against doing any business with player auctions. They have nearly completely automated their system, and have near 0% support. Their automated system banned my account saying I had a "duplicate" account, when contacting support they could not understand why my account was banned. Meanwhile, I had multi-thousand dollar transactions in place mid ban.

Bought a few things just fine but after my 5th purchase they flagged my account and sent me an email asking me to send my government issued ID, a selfie and a picture of my credit card. Obviously not going to do that and I tried to communicate with their customer service team but they just kept copy pasting the same message to me over and over again regardless of what I asked/said. If I could give them 0 stars I would, totally wasted my time and I implore whoever uses their service to NOT send them the ID they request, it's clearly a way to get your details for a scam. Stay safe.

total scam. The site says that you receive your instant download within five minutes after purchase. After my purchase I got an email from them asking to "verfify" my CC and that they also need a photo of my drivers license.

I would prefer to give them a negative 5 star but that is not an option. I have spent 8 days trying to finish processing a transaction with them. I have used Player Auction since 2008 but they have changed. They asked for specific documentation which I provided on six different days but it was never to their liking. They want no scanned documents only pictures. No pictures from cell phone only from your desktop computer. Too much white in the back ground of the image. So I crop out the white and then they say no cropped images. Then they want higher pixilations. Sadly I will no longer be using them. I have cancelled my transaction and am very disappointed with their customer service. There needs to be a phone number and Chat options rather than back and forth through email. All they do is send the same repetitive responses back to me rather than resolving the issues they are causing.

Don't buy from this webpage, the support won't even help you. I have been scammed from the seller, I bought an account for 270€, I enjoyed the account for 1 month, then the account was claimed back from the initial user. I asked for support on their webpage and opened a dispute, but they decided that the dispute would be in favor of the seller, with literally 0 proofs of nothing, I have lost 270 €, I have lost the account purchased (taken back from the seller) and I lost my time on this webpage. Don't buy from playerauctions.

I have been banned literally just after registration. "This decision is final and binding." I have never seen such a dumb service. OK, I'll find another place to spend money.

Ok, so it is a total scam, they will let you purchase and even though the credit card transaction goes through the say they refunded you because it failed now you have to wait for a refund, then i tried gpay it went through they refunded me because the claimed it failed, then they say try crypto, and this is where they get you because they dont have to and will never refund you, after reading these reviews i decided not to send them my id or anything like that, lest they also steal my information to do who knows what or sell it to who to do who knows what, so so far they stole my credit card information and didnt refund me when I used crypto

If I could them zero stars, I would, but one is the lowest you can rate them. I would not recommend them to anyone. They charged me 3 times. They reported that the payment was denied, but it was not declined. I called and confirmed with the Bank and sent PlayersAuctions a transaction history. They claimed that they would refund me but it would take 5 days. After 7 days, they still never refunded me. I called them, and at first they claimed they never actually charged me, but I pointed out that a week ago I supplied the transaction history that showed they charged me. They said they would resolve it that day. That never happened, and they never responded when I checked on the progress thru their Zendesk / customer support. I ended up calling the bank and explaining to them what happened. They disputed the charges and refund my money.

There is a very likely chance you will get scammed, and 100 percent chance if you do, PlayerAuctions will do nothing about it. There are a few legit sellers on PA, but most account sales are scammers. They will get your money, then reclaim the account. Even with the PlayersAuctions "insurance" they do nothing, and you will not get a refund. Take 10 minutes and read of the folks that have been scammed out of hundreds of dollars and PA did nothing.

This site is best described as a restaurant that has extremely delicious food, but you have a equally high chance of getting food poisoning. I base this review not on just one experience, but the average user experience from multiple occasions of making purchases on their websites. I felt compelled to write this because of the increasingly bad experience that my friends and I face with payments on their websites. At first, I read the negative reviews here and thought: hey, that won't happen to me, my credit card has gone through before. Well, you couldn't be more wrong. Let me explain. First they removed Paypal in August 2019. That gave less options for customers, and makes one wonder why one of the most reliable payment service provider was removed without good reason or acceptable explanation. Secondly, they added extremely slow manual verification for buyers with bots as customer representatives that copy-paste information when you have issues or genuine questions about payments. Sure, that's still bearable. It's okay if my payment takes 2-3 days to clear because of all the slow replies, I still got what I wanted, right? Thirdly, if you're not in the US, every time your transaction fails, they don't charge your card, BUT YOUR BANK WILL CHARGE YOU A NON-REFUNDABLE INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE. That was just the beginning. In May 2020, they had this pre-charge verification where they would charge you a certain amount in USD to 'test' the authenticity of your credit card, BEFORE your purchase was made. My friends and I pay in other currencies, so it was extremely difficult to guess the amount even using a currency exchange website for conversion. Even then, you also had to do background research on how much your bank charges extra for international transactions and deduct that amount to guess the amount, so you could make a meager purchase. Fast forward to three weeks ago, they demanded my finance documents, here's exactly what they said, copy-pasted from their verification team: 1.) Kindly log in directly from your bank website. Go to the transaction page and screenshot the whole page. Please do not crop your payment receipt, and make sure to include the bank name and URL and the transaction description; and 2.) a photo of your physical card including the following details: (Bank name, last four digit of the card – and the name of the card owner). Just recently today, they've reached my breaking point. They demanded the following: 1. A clear and colored photo of your government-issued photo ID. 2. A clear photo of you or “Selfie” while holding your card and ID beside you. Your face must not be blocked and should be clearly identifiable. Wow, just wow. I handle transactions up to few hundred thousand dollars in my job, in coordination with multiple companies across the finance sector. NEVER had I once had been required to do such intrusive privacy verification. There is absolutely NO excuse for you to make such ridiculous requests from customers. You know the worst damn thing after all of this? THEY ALREADY VERIFIED MY CARD THE FIRST TIME, MONTHS AGO. AND THEY STILL PUT ME THROUGH ALL THIS. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have spent several hours going back and forth, so I figured instead of wasting time trying to to make a single purchase, the time would be more constructive to create awareness with potential and existing customers who would be transacting on their website. I guess the cheap prices are bait to lure in people to buy things from merchants on their website, and they subsidize it by selling our personal details to information brokers. I don't see why else you would require such private detailed information for 'verification'. Buyer beware. Verification of identity should not be so onerous and intrusive, other companies settle for 2-factor authorization via mobile and it works properly. Why do you have to ask us for a mugshot like some convicted prisoner holding their ID? Also, their reasoning for periodic identification is acceptable, but your system is flawed, broken and does not function the way you previously explained. If you checked my records, you'd realize that I made at least 6 consecutive orders separately yesterday - 2 orders immediately cleared; the rest got walled with the impossible verification procedures. This is a failure - it should have been all or nothing. Since the execution for their fraud-prevention system is already so disappointing, the reassurance that you "treat your documents and information confidentially and professionally" really has no credibility at all.
