I have been selling/buying on this site for 9 years.
This year I make a sale for $400. They take huge fees ($50 for this sale) but give you no support in return.
It seems they stopped paying sellers via PayPal, so I have to change my disbursement method. In order to change my disbursement method I have to change my old phone number. In order to change my old phone number they want every form of ID possible to "verify" that it's me??? Who the f*** else is it going to be???
They want driving license, passport, photo of me holding it, statements with my name and address on it.
NO OTHER WEBSITE IN THE WORLD REQUIRES THIS.
With the amount of ID they are requiring they could use this to do absolutely anything in my name. They could open credit cards in my name with this information. (I've already had my bank details stolen online before, and I suspect it may have been PA now that I think back to it.)
No other website in the world requires this much info to change a phone number. Ebay, PayPal, even my BANK wouldn't require information to change a phone number.
They're definitely selling this information to 3rd parties for profit. NEVER hand over that sort of information to some random website. You will regret it.
I open 2 tickets, both have been ignored, the first has been open for almost a week with nothing but an automated response wanting all this ID info.

“Don't let the fake reviews fool you, this site is a total scam. Don't know why this site is still up. They scam the sellers as well as the consumers (buyers) of the site. As a trader (seller) you get banned for a made-up reason when you have money on hold. In their terms of service they state they can ban you at any time, and when you have money on hold (you get money disbursed every 3 days) they permanently suspend your account and claim they hold the account until it is unsuspended. Which makes no sense because your account is PERMANENTLY suspended. When you try to contact support about this they don't answer any questions or completely ignore you. (have written 10+ email, no answer)
As a buyer, you get scammed because there are a ton of scammers on this site and the site will always decide in favour of the trader (seller) once you paid and the money got disbursed to the seller (because it's a hassle for them to get the money back) So the "PlayerGuardian buyer protection" is total nonsense. It's just a way of getting more money out of your pocket.
