“Playtika has driven many players away from the game June’s Journey. Currently there is a player boycott due to mismanagement by Playtika. Playtika has changed the very core of the game! By removing the guaranteed source of diamonds from players while meanwhile adding the necessity of diamonds to participate in the game, June’s Journey has become a money grabber. Diamonds are needed to do nearly everything in this game and now the ads to buy those diamonds are constant. Now decorations cost with real cash or diamonds! Currently many clubs falling apart. It’s a mess. The repetitive ads that freeze and boot players out are tiresome. The ads themselves of women being abused and abandoned are disgusting. The tech department is not helpful. Avoid this game unless you have a minimum $150/ month to use to play.”

“Playtika took my favorite game, June's Journey, and ruined it with their greed. I have been playing this game for 3 years but have consistently watched as the prizes got worse and worse and made the game unplayable. Many of the perks we used to get in the game are now only available through purchase, and many on my team of 2+ years are leaving because it’s not worth playing anymore.”

“The game crashes every five minutes and was told it was my device. It can’t be my device when everyone else is complaining about the same problem. I’ve sent several messages alerting them to the issue. No help whatsoever and it takes all of the fun out of the game.”

“They are enforcing the monetising of one of the key resources in their game "June's Journey". The problem here, is that, many retired folk play competitively and cannot afford to purchase this resource - a resource that was available for years as a free & shareable item. Majority of players will not be able to afford to play and this is grossly unfair and unscrupulous.”

“Too many glitches and when I reported, the game told me the problems were internet connections, not upgrading the game etc, when those were not the case. We rarely got answer to our issues. And when they ask for feedbacks, it's better to ignore as they will waste your time”

“First I would to say…we’re not cry babies & how childish is that anyway. People are taking our comments the wrong way. The problem is we all Love playing JJ since Covid-19’s outbreak it brought online communication that we all needed. Now the company(after making millions) has kicked us all in the teeth. We want our game back & cheaters dismissed.We want to be paired properly for the Detective Leagues & Competitions.”

“Changing bushes for random gifts, not enough time given for the keys I use to get them a lot now in 3 months haven't won one decoration and when I get packets for memory they are all dajavu and I even spent real money on them. Sweep the board is a reap as not enough time to finish or tickets”

“June's Journey. You have taken the fun and entertainment out of the game. You have become money grabbers. Why change the game and force people to spend real cash. There are so many players who just can't afford the cost. Please bring back our diamond generating bushes. We all know it is a business that you run, but at the expense of loyal players. There has to be another way of increasing revenue without destroying the game for those who cannot afford real cash. Come on to the party and help us get our game back!”

“You should really read your reviews make a decision and make it better.. bring the bushes back.. kudos for making them movable but ruined them by taking away the gems they give. We give bushes in order to help our teammates. A chance for gems???? Gambling …. I don’t gamble … you have ruined a game that millions play, for greed. I will not buy anything any longer and if you look in my account you can see I have supported you but alas you don’t support me as a player… it goes 2 ways… you aren’t playing nice … just give back those bushes that you took away.. you can do it”

“The cheating. And price of items is crazy. And never the same for all. And changing the game to make it cost you to give a bush that is worth less than 1\2 of the cost!!! And that went up.”

“Those diamonds, coins and energy cost you NOTHING to give to us. If you want us to spend more money, give us better prizes. How about 200 diamonds for $4.99, instead of 90 diiamonds? More people would probably buy those than $19.99 for the same deal. I NEVER spend more than $4.99 on anything you offer. Please make the game fun again and more affordable.”
