Unhappy with the way Playtika is gauging their customers. This is supposed to be a free game and they've taken away from the players vital materials to play As a result you have to use real money to be involved with the game.

Can you purchase items to gift your teammates or friends you should know what you're giving and getting it should not be a gamble I want to spend my coins buying a bush to give someone x amount of coins or x amount of diamonds not a Gamble to give or to get change it back

Junes journey has been ruined by the suddenly plant change until the red , two blues and three greens are restored as they were I could never give this game a good review I’ve spent more money on it then id like to admit but no more not until the plants are set back . The game has been ruined for so many over this it’s very sad

Playtika has ruined June’s Journey. ☹️ Little by little, they have taken away the free, fun game it used to be. Their last move was to change the bushes so you can’t replace diamonds making it so you’ll have to buy the diamonds to continue playing. There is no regard for the loyal players. We’ve lost half our team because they are upset and done. It comes across as greed. But earlier, someone from Playtika was reported to say that they were changing June’s Journey to a “pay to play” format. Here we go! I’m looking for a new game. 😢

I started this game probably 3 years ago, fresh out of the hospital having to be quarantined from my family, friends & work. I found Junes Journey to be so much more than just a hidden object game...I found friends who became teammates who became family! With the same passion about this game as I did & they taught me the strategy to the inside of this wonderful game. The gals that had been in this since day one were able to help me learn because at first all I wanted to do was build & see all of the things we want to have. Then things started to go wrong with purchasing things. I like to spend money on extra things like extra coffee because I wasn't so great at the comps I wanted to give back to my team that was teaching so much. Didn't mind buying the extra diamonds for that. Then we started getting alot of things that took our attention away from the simple things like sharing coffee time, bushes & comps. With sweep the board I had to learn real quick that I didn't want to get caught up in that & lose by diamonds to things I really wanted to do like share coffee time with my teammates. It was a fun game then, especially during a time when we all needed a connection in our life due to all the covid things, social distancing & all that came with that. Instead of figuring out how to reward your many players that had to of came along during that time, I feel you started demanding more from the players & giving less as far as the rewards went for whatever task it was at hand. I love this game but all of the extra cash I give now would go towards just staying a head in the game instead of a treat for myself for all my hard work at work. It was a treat. And then comes your different amounts on your offers!! Why aren't they all the same? To make this game more fair? Why do you charge me more than the next team player because I spend more on the game than they do, actually shouldn't I be the one that gets the better deal due to all the cash I spend on this game? But more so they should all be the same to be fair to everyone. At this point I am only hanging on due to the friends that have turned into family here not because I love the game & that makes my heart sad.

Playtika stated that they are focused on creating a good experience for the customers they already have, but you can't see that in June's Journey. There is constant psychological pressure to spend more and more as they give their players less and less. Now JJ has taken our diamond bushes away and replaced them with some we can move (big deal) with laughable rewards in their latest scheme to make us pay more to play. The JJ relationship to their players is one of abuse and I am ready to leave.

Playtika removed diamond giving bushes, a very valuable game asset, that have been there since the very start of Junes Journey… All because Playtika wants more net income over the record income reported this year. Com’on 🤨

The game has changed from a delightful experience to become more of a chore. I am racing to complete the game so I can finish and stop playing.

Horrible money hungry company!! Going from bad to worse at a fast rate disrespecting their players and mocking them in replies to players' emails by replying with bot generated and sent emails... It used to be fun for everyone to play JJ, affordable for everyone and lots of great rewards/prizes.. Playtika is killing the game with it's greed.. Hopefully a new owner will bring back the positive spirit and make it fun to play again

Playtika acquires fantasy games and turns them into gambling apps. They show little appreciation for their customers, making previously free in-game benefits you must participate in to advance into a pay to play model. Customers have to gamble when using resources and hope they will get what they need to advance. Changes to the game often come with no warning. If you have an ingame problem, their help will always find a way to blame you or the tech or the internet, rather than mia culpa and cough up refunds and or fix the glitch. If I wasn't so invested in the game I would walk away. I may anyway. I know I will never play another Playtika Game/App again.

Great game to pass time, get rewarded for doing tasks, playing competitions. THIS ridiculous "bush gate " is nonsense, people forget this is a game, not real life. Things happen, as in real life they did here too, folks deal with it. You do not get everything you want. Grow up , your all acting like spoiled brats.

Playing Junes Journey, All though the new bushes are great, we really needed the old bushes. We knew what we were giving and getting. Customer service, once I did not receive 2 compasses from pink boxes. I know I didn’t get them because I knew how many I needed to open new island. I reported it with time marked. I continued to play and got more compasses. When reviewed, I was told I received the compasses. Which, Still to this day, No I didn’t. I will never spend another cent on this game.

They're on their way to making it impossible to play without spending money. Some people are not in a financial position to spend money on games. Make it fair for all.

Constantly changing game for the worse. It is clear retaining longtime players like myself are not taken into consideration. They allow cheating in team comps and are only after the big bucks
