“Back in 2016, I was introduced to a product similar to Plexaderm. I used it for a year and found it to work just fine. When I had finished the tube, I went online to order more. To my shock and dismay, the product was now $2,000+ for the tube! There is no way I am going to pay that much money to deal with the slight bags under my eyes. I watched, for some time, the commercials on tv for Plexaderm, but like many, was highly skeptical. However, one day I decided to order the sample and give it a try. To my sheer delight, it really worked, and the cost was minimal. Since then, I have not hesitated to order a couple bottles each time because not only does this product work, but I don't have to fork out $2,000+ a bottle!”

“I will order Plexaderm again and again. The only problem I have ever had is with the container. A few didn't open. When I contacted your customer service, they replaced it with a bubble kind of sheet. This isn't appropriate because I wasted so much product as the amount in each bubble was too much for one use. The container must have been improved as I'm now back to my usual dosage using the bottle. Its a fabulous product and I'm hooked!”

“Only product I found that works. Only complaint is packaging. Old pump sometimes froze up and you could not tell when near empty. New individual tabs are too much for one application and hard to reseal or cover to prevent waste. Otherwise a great product.”

“I've used Plexadern before and have been very happy with it. When I ordered it this time I was under the impression I would receive the same pump applicator. Instead, I received 6 individual little "button" applications that you peel back to use. That is NOT what I thought I was receiving or I would not have ordered it. If this is the new packaging, you have lost me as a customer.”

“I like the product very much and will continue to use it for under the eyes and for lip lines. I have gone from the pump to the packet style. Since I had some pumps that didn't work or were not filled, the packet works well. If all of the serum is not used, it dries up, so I feel there is some wasted. I tried sealing it with a clamp, but it didn't help.”

“Dear Sir, I am very happy with how your product reduces the bags under my eyes, however I wish it didn’t leave a residue. I’ve tried it with make up without make up, it’s better applied without make up but it still leaves a residue. If that problem could be resolved I’d be singing your praises from the rooftops.”

“I don’t understand how it works but it definitely removes the bags under my eyes. It is pretty amazing! My only problem is that it doesn’t last long; maybe two- three hours? I have a question about whether you can put more plexaderm over the dry plexaderm ! ( for times you’re out and see the bags returned)”

“It certainly works to smooth out the bags under eyes. My problem has been that it's very hard to apply foundation, blush, and powder because you cannot touch the area where you have put the Plexaderm. I have to wear make-up so it sometimes looks like I have white circles under my eyes in contrast to the foundation. I try to tighten my face and feather on the powder. Also, the Plexaderm dries and forms a pinkish crust. If you could give some advice in applying make-up, it would be appreciated. I also think that the Plexaderm is causing the under eye bags to worsen. Now, on days when I don't use make up the bags seem much worse than before I began to use this product.”

I had 1 of the 3 bottles that had a problem with air output when pressing the top..It acted like it was empty but later pumped out most of the contents after I put it back in the medicine cab.. Other 2 bottles worked fine Great product With great results”
