“I like the product but I just received another bottle that will not work when I pump it. I have had one other like it and had to stay on the line for over 15 minutes while they tried to walk me thru how to make it work which it never did. They did replace that one but I am treading calling again due to the long wait time.”

“Thursday, 2 December 2021 - First, I am a very beautiful young lady in my appearance. My concern about fine lines on the forehead affected my sense of youth preservation. Therefore, when iI became aware of the product Plexaderm, I thought perhaps it could treat the area of concern. The product does erase the fine lines throughout the day. I apply a very small amount to the forehead area between the eye brows. The daily treatment is cost effective and rewarding to see the restoration of the area affected. It is difficult to treat because of the concentration pressure between the eye brows. Although, the product is effective to treat the area of concern. The independence to treat yourself is very rewarding to see results of youth restoration, Fine Lines erased that I do not want to see. It is not a before and after appearance as to photographic viewing. The lines are so fine they do not appear in a photographic image. I am happy with the product that does work and is effective all day. Yes, restoration does enlighten your mind and psychological well-being. To look better - you feel better. I know that is true! “Takes away puffiness under eyes 100%. However, not creases as shown on tv on forehead. Totally love it for my eyes. Am not a fan of your new dispenser where it is in separate foiled packs. If udon use the pack in one treatment it dries up, no matter how sealed you try to keep it. Like original pump best.”

“Like the product, however 1 out of 3 containers stop working with no way to access cream not being pumped out. I would prefer a plain squeeze tube system. I was a customer through the last container change. Sadly I need to find a similar product, as Plexiderm has become too costly for the amount of product I can get out of the bottles.”
