if can improve on having the white film

I recommend using a little less and if you get a white film, you can lightly dab the area with a slightly damp cloth to remove the film. I must admit, your product is just ok, but I have used Lionesse, which is a white Pearl filler, & it's thicker than Plexaderm, & does a better job of suppressing puffy tissue. In addition, Lionesse is tinted to skin color & Plexaderm shows much lighter. I'm afraid to use my makeup over the Plexaderm, as the moisture would make the Plexaderm dissipate. (I have to use oil based foundation, as my skin is so dry. My recommendation would be to make Plexaderm thicker & put some tint in it...thanks for listening!

I find it works better some days than others. Applying makeip(esp. under the eyes) is a problem. I also bought the moisturizer and thought it could be used under my eyes before applying plexaderm.

The product is very effective, however it leaves a white powdery film after it drys. It can be very obvious and if I put makeup over top it looks worse. I have to be very careful with application to make sure it is spread very thin. Also, when the tube was empty I opened it up and there was still much of the product left in the cylinder that I used with a q-tip. Much waste. Thank you. Linda

Pleased with results. Tightens saggy area under eye and helps with crows feet by eyes. Of course, it does not correct permanently, but does show improvement.

I am over 65 and feel Plexaderm dries my skin a little bit. I alway have to put a cream after a few minutes to moisturize my skin as it feels too dry! I spoke to a couple of friends who feel same as I do. Both said they have stopped using it. May I suggest you add some oil or an ingredient that would eliminate this dryness sensation we feel.?

I had big expectations after seeing the ad on TV for this product. I have terrible bags under my eyes so I really was excited to try it. However, it seems to work for about an hour and after that, the bags are showing again. Also, the next day, my skin seems quite sensitive and gets red in certain areas where the product was used. I am not that anxious to use it, but will because I paid for it and it is not cheap. Do you have any suggestions about my comments? Thank You.

I am pleased with the result. My father had horrible bags under his eyes and I was determined to avoid them. Not only does the product tighten my under eye area but it seems that it is preventing a further loss of tightness under my eyes.

Very few products do what they say they're going to do. I think Plexaderm really helped my under eye bags. The last time I ordered the product it was pure liquid and the vile was broken. I called customer service and they immediately helped me by sending out a new tube ( apparently it got cold in the warehouse and separated). There was absolutely nothing to do on my part. I really appreciate how easy it was to get a new product.

I have noticed a tightening and a bit less puffiness in the area under my eyes. Not sure it's as dramatic as the online videos show, but definitely better than without using the product.

This product accomplishes what it claims to be. I find that the white specks that sometimes accompany its application are annoying. The instructions say to rub some water on it and it does help some. Also, I do not like the fact that I cannot use a moisturizer after applying the Plexaderm, except for the Plexaderm Hyaluronic moisturizer. I feel like my skin is too dry and needs a moisturizer that replenishes my skin. But then that would seem to negate the benefits of the Plexaderm itself.
