“I like the product and have used it for years. However, my last purchase of several containers included one which was empty - it had no product. I sent that container back to you two months ago asking for an exchange and have heard nothing back from your company. That is very poor customer service, and because of that I am looking at changing to competing products. Ignoring regular customers is bad business.”

“I love Plexaderm. I have very bad bags under my eyes. I'm probably one of your oldest customers, 77, and it makes my self-esteem so much better. For me, I only use it on special occasions because I am very low income and can't afford to use it everyday. I have noticed a couple of times, certain parts of the under eye gets white; but, that's probably because of the way I put it on or maybe used too much. It doesn't always last a whole day on me because my bags are so bad. I am very happy with your product though and hope I can continually buy it now and then. If I could, I would use it every day.”

“Plexaderm does what it promises; however, the bottle has some problems: 1. dispensing is not reliable, some new bottle fail to dispense. 2. Not consistently dispense the right texture, some time too thin and sometime too thick 3. bottle is not transparent, don't know how much in the left bottle”

“Works wonderful. Hides puffy under eyes. Only down fall is when foundation make up applied it tends to lessen the effect. If that could be overcome product would be perfect.”

Hi Cynthia. We appreciate your feedback. When using additional makeup, eyeshadows, liner, mascara and blush are all good products to use with Plexaderm. If liquid foundation is a must then first try to avoid areas where Plexaderm has been applied since many of the oils in makeup will lessen the effects. Some water-based foundations can be lightly applied over Plexaderm after it dries. Please let us know if you need any assistance with your application or if you have any questions.
