My biggest regret was not looking at the reviews posted on TrustPilot which seem to be more genuine before signing up with this service. It was an impulsive move on my part. I signed up for their 'Expert' plan which clearly stated that I would get "AI Powered Growth Engine" and "Dedicated Instagram Manager". No one connected with me, and on my dashboard if I clicked AI powered- there was an added fee attached (even though I signed up for their highest paid plan!) I cancelled the subscription in 24 hours and asked for a refund. The message I keep receiving is that they will forward my query to billing but no one from billing got back to me- it's already been a week. I've now had to flag this charge with my credit card company. Absolute fraud. They also have a 14day money back if you're unsatisfied as per their Terms of Service, which they don't seem to abide by either. It's a scam. Don't waste your money.”
