I run a tiny plant store and post about rare houseplants and plant care tips. Plixi helped me grow an audience that actually buys and asks for plant advice. I just think the pricing is a little high for small businesses like mine—especially when I’m only using a few core features. That said, engagement on my how-to posts has gone way up. It feels like I’m building a plant-loving community now.

I do architectural sketches and share process videos. With plixi, more design students and architects started following and engaging. At first, the system recommended a lot of general art hashtags that didn’t fit, so I had to swap them out manually. once i adjusted that, the engagement became more meaningful. I just wish the onboarding covered those details.

As a candlemaker, I’d get a lot of likes but not much real interest. Plixi helped filter out the fluff and brought in people who actually shop handmade. I subscribed to Plixi expecting real growth and engagement on my social media, but unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing from start to finish. First, I requested to cancel my subscription well before the next billing cycle, and I received no response. Despite my follow-ups, I was still charged again, which is completely unacceptable. After insisting multiple times, I finally received a reply — they claimed their previous emails didn’t reach me, which sounds like an excuse rather than a valid explanation. What’s worse is that they refused to issue a refund, citing their terms that subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. While I understand policy limitations, it’s unacceptable to ignore multiple cancellation requests and then fall back on fine print. As for the actual service: The followers I received were extremely low quality. Most accounts have 100–200 followers, sometimes up to 8,000 following, but they clearly look like bots or inactive accounts created solely for the purpose of boosting follower numbers. There was no real engagement, no likes, no comments, just vanity metrics that do nothing to build a real presence or community. Overall, this felt like a predatory subscription model with poor customer support and a low-quality product. I cannot recommend Plixi to anyone looking for authentic growth. Avoid this service.
