“My experience with Plixi was incredibly disappointing. I paid for their annual growth services based on promises of AI-powered organic growth and engagement. Instead, I spent months receiving copy-paste responses filled with vague phrases like “optimizing targeting” and “our strategy team is reviewing your account” while my engagement stayed flat and growth stalled. Every time I asked for specifics about what was actually being done, I received generic, non-answers. The refund process was even worse. After months of poor performance, Plixi offered a 50% refund as a “courtesy,” then later tried to backtrack and recalculate everything using inflated monthly pricing to reduce the amount dramatically. It felt extremely deceptive. What frustrated me most was that support constantly shifted responsibility back onto me by saying I needed to post more, use better hashtags, and engage more. At that point, I had to ask myself: what exactly was I paying Plixi for? Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.”
