No consent of charge annually, and explained in the customer service with default message as “non-refundable policy”, “monthly fee is to pay annually”….etc. The growth of fake accounts are obvious as I added single Chinese and local users as target segment, however I can see my account with global followers and like my Chinese post. Most obvious is, there are 40 likes for example but no one shown on the liked list when I click on it. I have filled the form found from LinkedIn and sent email to the credit card company for chargeback. Even it may not success, we should try our best to prevent more victims.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE PLIXI. They are a scam and completely misleading. I registered for their trial and they immediately charged me the full years payment - as soon as I connected my instagram account to their service my account started performing much WORSE. I usually receive 100-200 likes per post, 30-50 comments and 100 follows daily. As soon as I connected the service and still to this day after disconnecting it I now only receive about 4-10 likes, 2-3 comments and maybe 100 follows per week! I am furious! They are refusing to give me a refund and will not address this with me at all. They are not organic and do not have useful AI or harmless bots - they have ruined my organic account and now have stollen my $900!!! Does anyone know how else this can be managed? Any business bureau to report them to?”

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM!!! One year ago I clicked in to this page and I left my details, i have never used the platform and not until today one year later when I see someone have drawn 569,85 € from my account i search on the company name.
Even if they took my money just 2 h before, they say that they cant refund the money since the account is active. I have now sent the repport to their team where it shows i have only been loged in 1 time february 2023.
