“Very good product and price,slightly let down on delivery much later than stated and delivered to wrong address although said delivered on tracking site found out where delivered two days later had to collect ,good that I have a van”

“I had some difficulty in finding the right shade of grey when browsing different bathroom accesories from s wide range of suppliers. Delivery was quick by Parcel Force and they were very accomodating in re-visiting on the same day, as I was in the garden. Great purchase. Easy to fit on the toilet and looks great and is very comfortable! Competitive price for a quality item. Very pleased.”

“I received my bath tub yesterday. Although the delivery man was friendly, the actual bath tub that was sent to us was of extremely poor quality - in that it had scratches, dirt and some plaster type material stuck on it. It also arrived without its protective film.
I was most disappointed with the product and have already emailed customer services requesting for it to be collected and a refund arranged.”

Thank you for you review. We have received your image and can confirm that there is a film and that its not yet been removed from the product. The scratches, dirt and "plaster" is due to the film not being removed and not down to the quality of the bath
