“The item arrived as ordered and was despatched within the time stated. One thing puzzled me that despite 6 days to despatch the item, it was sent using a 24 hrs delivery service.
It would have been useful to have, at the time of placing the order, the expected delivery date, rather than the date of despatch. Also, a delivery time prediction better than 'before 1700' would have been welcome.”
