“Ordered a bathroom radiator; the price was the cheapest on the internet, the radiator was well protected and flawless on inspection. The only downside was I received an email, stating that I would be sent an email in advance of delivery, and that I would be phoned beforehand for delivery to be arranged.....neither of these happened, and I just happened to be in when the package arrived (and a signature was needed!)”

Contacted customer services who were not helpful at all.
Draws have to be removed to fit vanity unit to pipes & wall.
Suggest redesign to allow draws to be removed leaving runners attached to sides of vanity unit.”
