“So so impressed with this company..... used a quality delivery firm and was packed well but of course even then accidents happen..... what impressed us was the amazing response and after care..... products themselves ( a toilet, basin and toilet seat were totally beyond what we were expecting at their price point). “Disastrous. We made a considerable order, many of the items were sent out separately. Items which we were informed a delivery date would be by a certain time did not turn up. When we contacted customer service it was a battle to speak to someone and when we did we got told different things by different people. Our sink unit ended up arriving 12 weeks after it was supposed to by which point our builders had finished. Terrible experience!”
