“Website is OK, but would have been better to have more images of the product. I ended up calling the sales line as I needed to replace an existing wall mounted bathroom tap and item had to have exact fitting as current one otherwise wouldn't fit (unless I wanted to re-do the whole bathroom!). I spoke to a lady called Chloe and I can only say I received the best customer service... Ever!
She checked first of all to see if item was.in warehouse, when she discovered it was, she offered to collect it from there 3whilst I was on the phone, so she could describe the parts of the product which weren't visible on website. I then asked if she could somehow send me pictures of the back so.I could see the fitting, she offered to do immediately via whats app. I then had a technical question which was outside her comfort zone, so she grabbed a more technical person (plumber) who was able to answer my query. She then promised to send out next day delivery as soon as I paid for the product and was true to her word.
Excellent customer service... I've never been more confident about buying something especially after being so unsure about its suitability at the start.
