I have heard nothing since regarding my order. I don't know when it'll arrive, who will be delivering, a delivery window, etc.
I was suggest some sort of corespondance that puts the buyer at ease with a delivery day (or something that says..."it's still coming, or "nearly there...").”

After some chasing around it turned out it had incorrectly been sent somewhere else. This caused a bit of a delay but they sent another one out immediately. Pleased with tap.”
