Good morning, you came out last Thursday morning, my problem was the water was not draining away properly. You took my bank details 4 days before that. Firstly I was not happy about that but I felt I had to do this otherwise you would not have came out. As it turned out there really was not a problem all I had to do was take the plastic cup out of the shower tray and the water ran away just fine. I’m not happy that you charged me £126.00. “ Money for old rope” I appreciate you had to charge me but £126.00 that’s a lot of money for me. Please can you put some of this money back into my account. Thank you.
