“My original order process was great. However, somewhere along the line the shipping address got mangled, and that's being investigated now to see where that went wrong. Anyway, the package was returned to Plumbersstock after it was sent out for delivery in my town, but the address was incomplete. When the package arrived back at PlumbersStock, Christy V. called me to make things right. She asked me if the package should just be resent with the correct address or a refund issued. I asked that it be resent. Regardless how it went wrong, she wanted to make sure that she had the correct address, and I gave it to her. In spite of the fact that initially I was rather angry, she held up in calmness until i finally apologized, knowing that the problem wasn't her fault. Kudos to Christy.”

“I placed an order and due to a fraudulent charge on my method of payment credit card I had to temporary lock my card which coincided with the time plumbers stock was attempting to process my order which did not process.I sent an email explainiing the problem and that my method of payment was now unlocked.I received a prompt email response from Frances confirmiing the order has now processed.I also received a back up phone call that went to voicemail. This was a very good experience of the customer support Plumbers stock have in place.The reponse back was overnight as my call for help was after hrs.”

“Frances was most helpful. I ordered a Moen Kinglsey lever handle kit on March 22, and at that time, your order confirmation noted shipping would be around May 6, 2026. So I called back on March 23 to see if I could get Plumbersstock to reroute the item to my caretaker's address because I won't be here to receive the shipment. Frances was most helpful in substituting my caretaker's address for mine. He was patient, repeated back to me the address, an cordial. Many thanks.”
