“After placing an order, I was informed very quickly by email that this company was unable to process my CC payment due to an erroneous expiration date. The fault was mine, not theirs. Called up customer service and spoke with Erwin who was very helpful and resolved this issue very quickly. Thank you, Erwin!! On top of this stellar customer service, the price for the item that I ordered (kitchen faucet) was excellent! And in less than a week the ordered item arrived!! I will definitely be recommending this business to anyone looking for quality plumbing items at a great price!”

“MJ Geanga was extremely helpful and courteous in tracking down an order that I had made that was shipped to me but that had for some reason been returned to sender. He has facilitated a refund on my purchase without any complications. While it was frustrating for my order to have been returned to sender when I had provided a perfectly valid address (probably either the address was damaged in the mail or there was a post office error made) I am very grateful to have been granted a refund so promptly from your company. So I thank MJ Geanga for his efficient and understanding helpfulness.”

“Ordered one toilet as one single item; received incompatible toilet bowl and toilet tank. Lost over $400 in plumber's charges removing and reinstalling old toilet. Will never purchase from PlumbersStock.com again.”
