“I placed on order on 07/09 and it was held and not shipped because of one hex nut. It's now 09/18 and I had to cancel the nut off of my order to get it shipped. Christy was very helpful in getting my order shipped out. I would give 5 stars if it hadn't taken 2 1/2 months to receive our order. If you need anything, call and ask for Christy. She'll get it handled for you.”

“I sincerely appreciate to Jared, one of customer service representative in Trone! I was struggling with a defective toilet and he moved my case quickly in his best to find a resolution.
