“Requested order information for an order 4 years old. Very prompt and friendly reply asking for some I formation I omitted. While looking for the information I discovered the answer to my question. I appreciate the attention on such ann old (and small) order, even though they didn’t get a chance to find the answer with the full information. Thanks!”
