“Jake, my customer service rep, answered my e-mail on a "delayed" delivery within hours of my inquiry. He provided the answer I was looking for along with the tracking number of the USPS shipment, so I knew when to expect delivery. Super service!”

“I changed my mind after placing an order online, I wanted to add one additional item. I was told I can't do that. But Jake at Plumbersstock is very helpful. He helped me cancelled the original order and created a new one with the additional item over the phone. Jake made the whole process very simple and easy. Thank you, Jake.”
