“I received my order with a big crack in the toilet tank, but fortunately, I wasn't required to send back the damaged part (which is very heavy). I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly I got a replacement, thanks to Jake's assistance.”

“Jake helped correct my shipping issue. One part was on back order until mid-March, he is shipping balance of order so I can get my flaring tool back together. Parts have been on order since 1/21/2024.”
