“Jake was very helpful, courteous, and quick. To me, that speaks volumes about what kind of company Plumbers Stock is. “I was waiting for the order two weeks and when I called the first time, they informed me that the order was delayed for two more weeks. I would have expected a call or email informing that situation. Today I called again, and Jake informed me that I will be receiving my order in two days. The customer service was good. The company response very low. Hopefully I will be receiving that in two days.”

“Compamy gets 2 stars The five stars are for Jake only, the customer service tech that I spoke with last. The other customs service treks I spoke to get a 3. After two weeks of calls to get the status of my order jake finally manages to find out that the part was discontinued and stated he would give me a refund. I haven't gotten it yet... so will try to update when It comes in... if there is no update... no refund showed up yet... THE LEAST THEY CAN DO Is issue a refubd SINCE MY BATHROOM BUILD OUT HAS BEEN ON HOLD FOR TWO WEEKS WAITING FOR THIS PART.”

“Plumbers stock representatives Franz& Mia were outstanding to work with. A+ Kind, courteous and considerate. Meanwhile dealing with Williams furnace was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Franz & Mia however helped me substantially with the issues and was accommodating thru out the whole transaction. Word to the wise if you have an older Williams Furnace they do not let 3rd party sellers such as Plumbers stock aware if Williams parts are availabe until you place an order. They wasted 3 months of my time with no heat till they let Plumbers stock aware they discontinued the burner I needed. Getting a refund took longer than expected too all thanks to Williams.”
