“Jake in customer service was "Johnnie on the Spot" and quickly canceled an order and issued a refund on a part I improperly ordered. He advised me on the proper needed part and I immediately ordered it. Customer service at their company number one!!”

“MJ was very helpful and responded promptly to my order inquiry. However, it would have been nice if the system proactively sent me a tracking number when the order was shipped.
