“Jake was an excellent customer service rep who processed my order quickly and efficiently. his communication was excellent. Factory was approx 1 week late, but Jake expedited the order and got it here faster than expected.”

“I received an order with an inaccurate description of quantity. When I called Plumbers Stock customer service they were extremely professional and corrected the problem. They immediately notified amazon for a refund and correction of description then allowed me to keep the item that was sent with no charge.”
