“Jake worked with me to get a return RMA. Jake was nice and a pleasure to work with. Plumbers Stock did what I asked, I just made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. Totally my mistake, I look forward to purchasing again. Dave USAF Master Sergeant Ret.”

“Jake was very helpful on the phone. I had issues with the website which is why I gave it 3 stars. The website is gummed up and insists I include a canadian province in my address (Florida). Had to complete the order on the phone because the website had glitches for at least 3 days.”

“I had placed my order approximately one month ago, and it immediately requested a cancellation of it. But the cancellation never went through, and I received the order. So when I called customer service and talked with Jake, he was up most helpful and understood that I tried canceling it, and was very courteous and helpful on the phone to refund. Definitely would do business with plumber stock again. And would definitely recommend it to anybody else. Thank you Jake for all your help.”
