“First time ordering from Plumbers Stock. After a long wait to speak to a customer service rep on phone, was given a first assurance that the hard-to-find item needed was definitely in stock. Placed the order over the phone as recommended by the rep to ensure that the item would be available in warehouse and shipped. Promptly received an email saying the item was NOT in stock in the warehouse and was given a second assurance that the needed item would be obtained from another location. Highly disappointing, because was quite clear that the ordered item was hard to find and therefore did not want to lose time ordering the part if it was not actually in stock. I hope that customer service will follow through with their promise to make this first order right.”
