I Had an issue with Delivery on an Item. When I first called in I spoke with MJ G., He was Very Professional and just all around The Best Customer Service I could have received. I do recommend if you call in talk to MJ. Plumbers Stock has great customer service and MJ THANK YOU for all your assistance. I truly appreciate it.

Jake was very helpful in helping me get my toilet order replaced and working with me to minimize my loss which was due to my fault for not thoroughly checking the delivery of my toilet. Jake was very professional and I would recommend this company.

Jake was a great help today. I tried several times to place an order online with no success. He checked stock, took my order quickly, and outlined my shipping options. I wish all customer service reps could at least come close to Jake! He certainly saved my opinion of Plumbers Stock, and hopefully the delivery will go as well.

One of the toilets I had purchased was damaged on delivery. Jake worked me to quickly get a replacement ordered. Appreciated the prompt response and pain free resolution.

I worked with Jake and he did a great job ensuring everything got resolved when we made a minor delivery issue. His customer service was fantastic and everything worked out. Got a great deal on a Toto toilet. Couldn't be happier with the result.
