Order took a long time to be shipped, over a month. I was not notified thw order was shipped. Got tracking info after my inquiry and its was already delivered without my knowledge. Jake did act swiftly with my inquiry, Thank you Jake.

I expected a 16 day turnaround for my order, but was hoping that was just a maximum. It ended up taking 23 days. I asked for updates multiple times but was ignored. I finally called yesterday to be told it would be delivered that afternoon. Today I finally received a response to my inquiries saying it was delivered. Terrible customer service. The product itself is fine. Not as good as the same item we received with our original

Mixed feelings: My husband received the wrong item because the wrong item and model# was shown on the website. (Fixed now) Aaron took my call and helped us get a refund. Thanks, Aaron.

Jake did a great job in immediately correcting and addressing the issue with my company's order. Appreciate the friendly service. Thanks!!! Customer service was excellent; it was lack of product delivery and supply chain issues that caused the problem.

Jake was very helpful on the phone. I had issues with the website which is why I gave it 3 stars. The website is gummed up and insists I include a canadian province in my address (Florida). Had to complete the order on the phone because the website had glitches for at least 3 days.

after waiting several months on a b/o part I tried to contact them using several methods with no response. finally after a 13 minute on hold phone call, I was greeted by Bernard. He was very helpful and understood my frustration, he offered up what info he could find on my order and asked if there was anything else he could do for me at this time, there was not so we parted ways. I realize there is a supply chain problem on my order, so nothing against Plumbers Stock.

MJ was helpful in finding my order but seemed more concerned/interested about getting his survey results and that’s why he helped me with my order status. He also was very repetitive. I didn’t need that much instruction to wait on hold while he looked up the order and to fill out the survey that he requested I put five stars for. I don’t think he should tell people to rate him 5 starts either.

Plumber stock required an RMA number to process the return, since I ordered the part through Amazon, all I was told was this was required to process but no instructions as to how to obtain the number. I went to Plumber stocks website, emailed their support email, no answer, went back and looked for a number to call, it said to text rather than call, did that, no answer. So I finally called, got an answer and got the number. I think if a company is going to sell through Amazon, they should provide clearer instructions on how to return an item.

Customer service is good but left me hanging for 2 months while an item was on back order. Ended up canceling the item on backorder and requesting the other items be shipped.
