I had placed an order and had the understanding that I would be notified when my item shipped. Nearly a week has gone by, so I called to find out what was going on with my order that had already been put through on my credit card. It turns out that my item is in fact in route and was finally supplied with a tracking number. Per my conversation today, I found out my orders should be in my hands soon. Thank you, wishing I would have known sooner, but the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. Thank you!

While I was initially frustrated with not being able to reach anyone and having received no response to a text, I finally was able to get a response from having entered my item/order related issue through the web site Chat feature. I provided details in an email reply. This prompt phone call - however, I was unavailable at the time. I followed up to the voicemail this morning and appreciated the help Jake provided to initiate an RMA and steps to initiate an order for a replacement item with suitable spec's.

I thank you,everyone I contacted did their best to help me, unfortunately your supplier could not deliver my order placed in March for another month to six weeks and that did not fit into our build schedule so I had to go elsewhere For my order! But you refunded my money and I appreciate everyone’s hard work at trying to resolve my order! Aaron tried his best!

I explained that my card was good when I ordered the item on March 1st. But the company didn't get to my order until about 2 weeks later. By then there had been fraud committed on my card and I had to get a new one. The customer service person quickly changed my card information, which solved the problem. However, it would have been nice if he had offered to go back to his chain of command and discuss my complaint that it took them so long to get to the order.

I was able to find an unusual size vent cover on the website. The site clearly stated there was a 22 day lead time which I appreciated it. When a month lapsed and I had not received notice of shipping, I called to follow-up. MJ was kind and informed me that the cover had been mailed and was due to arrive the following day. He provided a FEDEX tracking number via email. I would have given 5 stars if an email had been sent to let me know my item had shipped.

I was waiting for the order two weeks and when I called the first time, they informed me that the order was delayed for two more weeks. I would have expected a call or email informing that situation. Today I called again, and Jake informed me that I will be receiving my order in two days. The customer service was good. The company response very low. Hopefully I will be receiving that in two days.

One piece of my order was damaged when it arrived. I spoke with customer service and they sent me a replacement. The only issue I have is that they would not expedite the shipping at no extra cost.

The human service is 5 stars. The website is not. The website gave the appearance there were plenty of the item in stock when I placed the order. Customer service reached out to inform me the item had been discontinued and was no longer available, and the replacement item was also not available. MJ and Christy were very professional.

Would have given 5 stars if they'd have let me know my card was declined. Ordered on July 17th and called on July 31st by to see where my order was. Was told that it would be at the warehouse by Aug 4th. Had to call back again today Aug 7th just to find out there was a card issue. Poor communication on their part.
