“Boiler installed today and we are delighted”

“We had one toilet leaking at the its base and another that was constantly running. Though we have a home warranty, my wife wanted to try a plumbing company that had very good reviews that she had read. They sent a representative out, who told us that both toilets would need to be replaced. He did an estimate ranging from over £1400 for their good, to over £2400 for their best. We thought these were extremely high. We then contacted our home warranty company, and they sent out Plumbforce Direct. They were prompt and fixed both toilets within an hour. Our cost was £110+Vat It has now been over 3 weeks and we have had no further issues with either toilet. Thank you for your promptness, expertise, and honesty.”

“Boiler broke down , they sent Tom who spent 30mins diagnosing the fault , luckily it wasnt major ,they fixed there and then at a really good price .”

“John Showed up to repair our toilet, evaluated the situation and gave quote. Ordered part, returned on the day and time he said he would. Ended up coming back on two separate occasions to do the repair but at no fault of his own was unable due to the faulty toilet. He would not take money from me although he had come to our home three times. I would use plunger for any repair work we have in the future and strongly recommend them. Try to find a repair person who will come to your home and not charge you a fee just for making the trip. Integrity counts.”

“People are going to think I was paid to write this review, but it is 100% honest, genuine and trust me...I'm the one that paid. Thousands. And it was WELL worth every.single.penny. After hiring Plumbforce Direct to find a sizeable leak under my kitchen tile and foundation, I had Paul come out and provide an estimate for a total home re-pipe. I had other options, but with a 30+ year old copper piping system, I made the jump and ultimately the best decision for our family and our property. At first I was nervous - a total re-pipe, tearing up walls - it's nerve-wrecking to a first-time homeowner who knows zero about plumbing. Every single person I worked with during the process was outstanding and helped put me at ease in a genuine and professional way. Scott in the office coordinated things in lightning speed for an appointment the next day, took care of the invoicing, etc. (he's a rock star!). The Plumbers (Joe, Patrick, Chris and Paul) worked some sort of plumbing magic on my house. The Plastering crew from plunger that came out just put the cherry on top with a seamless patch job! I couldn't have asked for a better group of people for trusted service in my home and will sing their praises to anyone. The plumbing crew was so on-point and they spent the entire day here, arriving right on time with a fully-stocked van and plenty of energy. Our home has high ceilings, nearly no attic space, multiple levels, and my kids were home with me being curious in the background. They navigated every obstacle with ease and worked together with such fluidity, you'd think they shared the same mind. They know their stuff and the confidence and experience were evident. I was aware of every single thing and felt comfortable asking questions. They were clean and respected my home, polite and personable, and actually even found things that my own home inspector didn't find when we bought the house last year! It goes without saying that no one gets excited about expenses like this, but they are necessary and vital to the value and longevity of the home. If you are faced with the same situation, do yourself a favor - bite the bullet, give them a call and let them work their magic. I put so little effort into this process - they made it so easy. Everything was complete in less than 10 days time - from leak identification to plaster patches being dry and ready to paint. Now, it's sweet dreams and a clear mind. No worries, what if's or questioning if we should have done anything different. We have 100% confidence in our decision and are happy knowing that our plumbing troubles are no more! I cannot believe how accurate the online reviews were about plumbforce direct. I also cannot imagine ever calling a different company for plumbing needs. Thank you Scott”

“needed my toilet replaced and the plumber arrived at my house at the time they promised. Started the work right away and was finished the installation in a timely manner. He also took all rubbish away with him and left my toilet clean and tidy.”

“Quick to respond. They were able to send a plumber out the same day to give me a free estimate. I approved the work on the spot and the work was completed on the same day to an extremely high standard. Their fixed price to fit my own sink came in just over half the price of the 2 other reputable companies I had received quotes from. There was also a 1-year warranty given on their labour. Knowing personally that cheapest is not always best but on this occasion, it was by far the best service I could have asked for. A brilliant all-round service. I would call them again.”

“When arranging to get my boilers annual service, I was very impressed with the service I received. When scheduling the appointment everyone I dealt with was responsive and polite. The gas man was on time, neat and extremely professional. Will use again next year.............”
