“Agent/Dispatch kept us reassuringly informed regarding arrival time. Sam turned up within the stated time bracket. He quickly and efficiently got started and completed the task of a full kitchen tap replacement which when finished he tested and gave additional advice. “Super service in the time of emergency. Super polite and helpful lady took our call, both friendly and efficient, and the our plumber Joe Maynard was both knowledgeable and friendly, explaining what he was doing and fixed our issue with no drama. Would use again in a heartbeat, 5*”

“Very poor performance. Plumbing Force were sent numerous photos, emails and phone calls explaining what the work entailed, yet the engineer still showed up to site with no parts to complete the work and wanted an additional fee to come back with the parts. The price to return to complete the work was very expensive and I had to get another company to complete. Wouldn't use Plumbing Force again.”

“Tony arrived promptly and acted quickly to stop the leak from pipe in the garden. He explained the cause of the problem. He did a temporary repair as requested and gave me info on a more permanent solution at a later date. I will be happy to use Plumbing Force to do the further work necessary. He was very helpful and friendly as was the lady on the phone when I contacted the company.”
