“Awful customer service. Ordered a shower screen which was due to be delivered a day after I ordered it. Over a week passed and still no sign of the screen. I reached out to Plumbworld who informed me it had been sent back to them and they asked if I would like it reshipping. I confirmed that I still wanted the shower screen to which you replied it had been lost and you no longer had stock. Would not recommend”
“Bad customer service, order was "lost" but never communicated, once I finally got hold of customer services I was dismissed several times until finally promised that the order would be re-sent for next day delivery.. which never turned up. Neither order has arrived and it took too long for a refund. Unfortunately won't be returning for sure.”

“Mirror is very nice but despite being well packaged it arrived with slight damage at the side. I suspect it was probably damaged before packaging because it seemed highly unlikely that with the packaging it could have been damaged in post”
“I left sink in box till plumber came to fit it and I had never noticed but the front left hand side corner was chipped. I think for a sink of £271 this should have been packaged better. We had to buy a ceramic filler as we had no time to change it. I was not happy. That aside I do like the sink but I had the sink a couple of weeks and unable to return it and get another in time.”
